Creating Gallery Images for a product that’s actually a service and not a tangible item presents its own set of challenges. Our team focused on visualizing the benefits, while staying within Amazon’s PDP guidelines. We tested out different types of images then revised based on customer questions and reviews.

Right after a customer views the Image Gallery and reads the Product Description, we were able to utilize the “From the Manufacturer” section of Amazon’s Product Display Page template to explain how this service works. According to Amazon Guidelines, this section must be designed with Amazon brand styles and has a different experience and images across desktop and mobile.

When a user clicks on a Display Ad or Kindle Ad, they will be directed to the Simple Mobile Amazon Wireless Plan Brand Page, where they will learn more about the service and be provided multiple CTAs directing them to the product page to purchase.

When we announced the partnership with Amazon Wireless Plans with SIMPLE Mobile, we launched an awareness campaign with offsite display ads, Kindle Lock Screen ads, and Amazon Prime Video.
